  • We have incorporated many businesses and have also formed partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for twenty-five years.
  • We also register fictitious names for individuals and businesses.
Estate Planning and Administration
  • We proudly plan and prepare wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, advance health care declarations (Living Wills), and other documents for Estate Planning.
  • We administer Estates of Decedents.

Attorney Eisenberg graduated from Lehigh University with High Honors with a B.A. degree in 1974. In 1977, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Law Review, an honor reserved for a select few at the top of the class. Upon graduation, Attorney Eisenberg was selected as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, where he assisted Judges Maxwell E. Davison and Kenneth Koch.

Attorney Eisenberg has practiced law in Allentown since 1978 and has served as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 1982. He has presented numerous seminars to lawyers on bankrupcty law.

Admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Attorney Eisenberg makes his home in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania with his wife, Laurie, a teacher in the Parkland School District.
